Hotline.ie - Annual Report 2010 (covering January to December 2009)
The Annual Report 2010 of Hotline.ie provides an overview of the operations of the Hotline in the period 1st.> January to 31st. December 2009. It provides a statistical anaysis of complaints about illegal content on the Internet, especially child sexual abuse material, received from the public and the results of the Hotline's processing of these complaints. The report is published in interactive form on the Hotline.ie web-site and provides tables and graphs showing trends in comparison to previous years. Observations in relation to the material, its source location, removal from the Internet and the low frequency with which the ordinary user is likely to encounter such material when using the Internet are also given.

Hotline.ie - Annual Report 2009 (covering January to December 2008)
This is the 6th Report of the Hotline.ie Service. Since 2005, ISPAI has published the Hotline Report on an annual basis as a web-based interactive publication. This Report summmarises the operations of the Hotline during 2008. It gives an overview of the complaints received by the Hotline about illegal content, primarily Child Pornography, from Irish users of the Internet. It provides statistical analysis of the findings and includes trends and observations in comparison to previous years.
