The Office for Internet Safety, within the Department of Justice,Equality and Law Reform, coordinates Internet safety initiatives in Ireland. It is coordinates the "Safer Internet Ireland" project and oversees the procedures employed by the Hotline.ie service. www.internetsafety.ie

Safer Internet Ireland
This link provides further information about the "Safer Internet Ireland (SII)" project which is part-funded by the Euopean Commission. The project comprises of the Office for Internet Safety (project coordinator), the Internet Hotline (Hotline.ie), Awareness node (Webwise) and Helpline (Childline).
